I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a MidLife Fitness Coach on a mission. I help women in their 40s and 50s who struggle (physically and/or mentally) to maintain their energetic, happy, sexy, confident selves. Hey, menopause can do that to a girl! Pesky hormones...
My clients and I work closely together to identify the small, do-able changes that will yield big results. And those changes can be different for everyone. Just as no two women are the same, neither are the solutions to their unique challenges
We will look primarily at exercise, nutrition, sleep habits, stress management and mindset. But we almost always start the process with fitness. In taking care of their bodies, clients invariably find that their mood lifts, and their energy and confidence levels increase. And I'm going to let you in on a little something: Lifting weights? It's the secret sauce. For reals.
My life turned upside down in my forties. It's taken me years (and a lot of work!) to come out on the other side of these challenges better than I was before. Happier than I was before. More MYSELF than I was before. Consequently, I have a special interest in working with women who are forced (or who desire!) to reinvent themselves later in life. It's time for us to become what we've always wanted to be. Exciting, isn't it?!
